Bishop Donald Oliver (aka Brother Oliver) is a baptized and Spirit-filled believer of the Lord Jesus Christ and has served as a son in ministry from his youth. Married since 1987 to his life partner for the journey, Elect Lady Lisa Oliver who serves with him in ministry; he has learned how to worship and remain committed and submitted to following Godly leadership through service and example; and is known as a ‘serving servant-leader and worshipper’.

Bishop Donald Oliver currently serves Pentecostal Evangelistic Outreach Church in Brooklyn, NY and Edisto Drive Church of God in Orangeburg, SC as Senior Pastor.

As an evangelist and teacher with a background in technology, he help churches, ministries effectively use the tools of digital technology to stay connected and engaged with their fellowship and reach the masses with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
